Somengil has corporate responsibility regarding Privacy and the protection of Personal Data.

This Policy details Somengil's obligations regarding the processing of personal data of data subjects, in order to ensure compliance with legislative requirements in force, and applies to all processing of personal data, including its collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, deletion or destruction.

Somengil’s aims are to provide a service, send marketing communications, improve products or personalise the user experience.

We collect personal information to send email campaigns, newsletters and other information that may be relevant to Somengil and the customer.

Regarding the sharing of information, we guarantee that customers' personal data will not be shared with third parties.

Scope of application

In accordance with data protection legislation, your Personal Data is processed by Somengil in a lawful, fair and transparent manner; for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes; in a manner appropriate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes of the processing; ensuring its accuracy and updating it whenever necessary; keeping it only for the period necessary for the purposes of its processing; and in a manner that guarantees its security.

Somengil may share Data Subjects' Personal Data with Subcontractors as long as this is necessary for the normal provision of its services.

The relationship established between Somengil and the Subcontractors is, under the terms of the data protection legislation in force, regulated by a contract that binds the Subcontractor to Somengil, establishing, with regard to Personal Data, the object, duration, nature and purpose of its processing, the type of personal data and the categories of data subjects, as well as Somengil's obligations and rights.

The same contract also stipulates the obligations of the Processor referred to in the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016).

b. Rights of the Data Subjects

Data Subjects have the right to access Personal Data concerning them, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to portability of their Personal Data.

Data Subjects also have the right to withdraw their consent at any time if the processing in question is based on consent given; as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the National Data Protection Commission.

The purpose of the technical area is to facilitate access to documents and manuals for Somengil's partners and distributors, creating an information hub: Catalogues, technical data sheets, MultiWasher manual + statements, maintenance manuals, maintenance videos, best practice manuals, parts manuals, wiring diagrams, technical programming manuals, technical installation and start-up manuals, technical installation and start-up videos, service support videos and maintenance support videos.

The users who have access to these documents and manuals are from companies and institutions with a direct relationship to Somengil, so their information is provided at the beginning of this relationship and used in communications from the company.
